The Student Initiative

You are dreaming of changing the world? You want to inspire others for your hobby? You have an idea that will make our life much better? You want to pass a new protocol for students? For the very first time, the IDC and the Student Union will give you the unique opportunity to become active! If you have the passion to change, yet you are missing a supportive, encouraging environment that helps you to transform your ideas from a broad concept into reality, the student initiative is what you are looking for!
		What is the task of the Student Initiative Coordinator? The role is to absorb the ideas of students, help them to create an execution plan and to accompany them on their way toward implementation. The coordinator helps to operate the students´ initiatives and to overcome any problem during the production process.  You have an idea but do not know what to do next? The Student Initiative team produced a booklet with explanations about the best way to consolidate your ideas and to implement them at IDC. Is it really possible to make my ideas come true? YES, it REALLY is!! Don’t worry about logistics, funding or any other hindrances! The student union knows to help implement your original ideas. What was done in the first semester? A political panel attended by Knesset members, CPR and first aid, lectures on Israeli public relations, Drama Club, Chess Club, an effective persuasion workshop held by the company “Debate”, and more… “I love to organize events"/"I am the born go-getter" Around the Student's Initiative Coordinator stands a team that helps to guide your projects.
